Yayasan Pendidikan Kristen Tiara Kasih ("we") manages Tiara Kasih Christian School. This policy explains what personal data we receive through this website, why, and the choices you have, in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

When you use the admissions inquiry form, you give us your name, WhatsApp number, your child's name, the division you are interested in, and any message you write.
The form does not store these details on this website. It prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, and the details reach us only if you choose to send that message.
We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions about admissions, visits and fees.
- To arrange Open House attendance, school tours and assessments.
- To send you information about the school year you asked about.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Children's data
Details about a child are given by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for [e.g. 2 years] after the admissions period they relate to, unless your child enrolls, in which case the school's student records policy applies.
