How to register
Four steps to join

Apply online
Fill in the online application, or buy the form at school. The registration form fee is Rp400,000.
- Step 2
Return the form
Submit the completed form and sign the financial documents at school.
- Step 3
Observation or entry test
Early Years and Primary: an observation. SMP and SMA: English and Mathematics tests.
- Step 4
Pay the development fee (DPP)
By bank transfer or credit card, processed at school. 0% instalments are available.

Entry requirements
Grade 1 bilingual class
Children take part in an observation. We look for:
- No motor, sight or hearing impairments
- Able to communicate well, without a serious speech difficulty
- Basic English: recognises colours, numbers and shapes
- Eats and uses the toilet independently
The bilingual class is not designed for children with special educational needs. [confirm wording]
Grade 7 Cambridge class
For students coming from a national-curriculum Grade 6, tests are in English:
- English test: minimum 75
- Mathematics test: minimum 75
- Grade 5 report: English and Mathematics at least 80
SMP and SMA
Entry tests in English and Mathematics.
Fees and benefits
Clear fees, explained in person
Our admissions team will send the 2027/2028 fee schedule for your child's grade. Fees cover a one-time development fee (DPP), monthly tuition (SPP), a yearly materials and activities fee, and yearly re-registration.
TIKA Siblings
If a brother or sister is already studying at Tiara Kasih, the new student pays the same DPP as current students.
Tiara Kasih alumni parents
Parents who graduated from our SMP or SMA receive 10% off the DPP for a new student.
SMP–SMA 6-year package
One development fee covering both SMP and SMA.
Scholarships for SMA entry
Academic scholarships for top-5 ranked students from other schools, and non-academic scholarships for sport and arts achievement.
Flexible payment
0% credit-card instalments with CIMB Niaga (3, 6 or 12 months), PaninBank, and BCA (3 or 6 months).
Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other scholarships or fee relief. Terms apply; please ask our admissions team.
